Who Is Eligible?

You may be eligible for the Ford Partner Offer if you are:

An employee or director of an eligible partner organisation,
An immediate family member of an eligible employee or director,
A current paid member of an eligible partner organisation.

Proof of eligibility may be required before the offer can be applied.

Administration Requirements

Queensland Rugby League (QRL)

Official confirmation letter from the QRL membership team (email: memberships@qrl.com.au) confirmating customer membership type, sign-up date and member number for the 2026 season.

Queensland Rugby Union

QRU Membership E-Card, and
Membership purchase invoice to satisfy 3-month requirement.

If a customer is unable to produce these items, they can request an official confirmation letter from the QRU membership team (email: redsmembership@reds.rugby) confirming customer membership type, member ID and sign-up date for the 2026 season.

BIG4 Holiday Parks

Perks+ members are valid for 24 months and members will need to show that the expiry date is valid and meets the minimum 3 month waiting period by the expiry date being no more than 21 months from the time of purchasing the vehicle. The two methods Perks+ members can prove their membership are:

Perks+ digital membership card (Apple Wallet or Android Google Wallet) or
Perks+ membership on https://www.big4.com.au/ (login to account).

Further support for BIG4 Members:

If a Perks+ member cannot remember login details, they can 'reset a new password' using their login credentials to access their membership details.
If the Perks+ member is showing more than 21 months on their membership, but say they have been a member for longer than 3 months, it means they have renewed an ongoing membership. The member can show their Perks+ renewal receipt email as proof of their 24+ month membership tenure.

Supercars

Official confirmation letter from the team confirming current membership status and sign-up date.

Surfing Australia

Provide Just Go Profile confirming membership and Surfing Australia National Titles competition they entered including sign-up date. If a customer is unable to produce these items, they can request an official confirmation from Surfing AU (email: Charlotte@surfingaustralia.com).

Australian Trainers Association

Official confirmation letter from the Australian Trainers Association (email: stephen@ata.plus) confirming customer membership type, sign-up date and member number.

Boneo Park

Official confirmation letter from Boneo Parks (email: sandrabarnes@boneopark.com.au) confirming customer membership and sign-up date.

Terms and Conditions

1. This Offer is only available to paid-up, current members of the following participating partner organisations: Queensland Rugby League (QRL), Queensland Rugby Union (QRL), BIG4 Holiday Parks, and Supercars. Members must present complete, original, and unaltered proof of membership (see outline in Administration Requirements, e.g., member card, confirmation letter) from their respective partner organisation at participating Ford Dealers at the time of ordering a new Ford vehicle. Specific membership types may be excluded; refer below for more information

Membership types included

QRL: Adult or Concession Ticketed, QLDER Adult members, and Dual Memberships.
QRU: Adult, Family, and Concession paid memberships.
BIG4 Holiday Parks: All member types are eligible.
Surfing Australia: Shortboard, Longboard, Bodyboard, and SUP.

Membership types NOT eligible:

QRL: Free, Junior, Ariat, Digital, Pet, and Baby.
QRU: Junior members and non-ticketed members (Reds Global and Forever Red).
BIG4 Holiday Parks: N/A.
Supercars: Junior and Rookie.
Surfing Australia: Juniors, Online Juniors, Interschools, Seas The Day, Awards attendees.

2. To be eligible for this Offer, the customer must have held a valid membership with a participating partner organisation for a minimum period of three (3) months prior to redemption.

3. One eligible membership = one claim.

4. Memberships are not to be purchased by dealers on behalf of customers.

5. The Offer commences on 10th April and expires 31st December 2026 (Offer Period).

6. This Offer is only available when a customer purchases any of the eligible new Ford vehicles that are orderd and delivered no later than 31st December 2026.

7. Eligible members can purchase a maximum total of two (2) new Ford vehicles under this program during the offer period. Demonstrator vehicles are ineligible vehicles.

8. This Offer is limited to retail customers and Blue Fleet customers only operating as a sole trader.

9. The new Ford vehicle(s) purchased under the 2026 Ford Partner Members Offer must be registered in the member's name.

10. If an Approved Purchaser is subsequently found to be not eligible under the Terms and Conditions of this program, the Approved Purchaser or the Ford Dealership that has fascilitated the ineligible sale may be required to pay Ford anu loss (including loss of profit) suffered by Ford. Further, Ford reserves the right to pursue any action available by law.

11. The Offer may be combined with other offers or promotions in the market run by Ford provided that the other offer or promotion explicity permits combination with additional offers or promotions such as this Offer. However, the offer cannot be used in connection with either:

(a) Privilege Club Pricing (Privilege Club Pricing is a vehicle discount program available only to Ford Employees and Retirees and their eligible relatives through authorised Ford Dealerships); or
(b) Any other member or employee offer, including offers from other participating partner organisations within this program. A customer is only eligible to redeem one member offer per vehicle purchase, regardless of membership in multiple partner organisations.

12. The Offer can only be redeemed once per vehicle purchase.

13. The 2026 Ford Partner Members Offer is not transferable or redeemable for cash.

14. Ford reserves the right to extend or stop this program at any time.
